HOW TO START -

First Module

Four days introduction

Requirement - Complete the four classes in less than a month.

  • Choose your starting time within these hours.

  • Tuesday from 7h30 to 11h00 :

  • Thursday from 8h30 to 11h00 :

    For example : I chose to practice two times a week, Tuesdays and Thursdays at 9h30.

After

  1. Module two - 8 classes - Grounding

  2. Module Three - 16 classes - Strength and Flexibility standing sequences

  3. Module Four - 16 Classes - Ground movement and main sequences

  • Choose your starting time within these hours.

  • Tuesday from 7h30 to 11h00

  • Thursday from 8h30 to 11h00

  • Friday from 8h30 to 11h00

    For example : I chose to practice tree times a week, Tuesdays at 7h30, Thursdays at 9h30 and Friday at 8h30.

    Advance Students

  • Monday 8:30 am

  • Students that have completed The Wind & Island Method Course


Meditation course

  • Tuesday and Thursday at 7 am

Starting every month - minimum commitment four days
